Alrighty, so I'm writing this a little bit later than usual since Monday's are usually my weigh in days (today is Wednesday). I've been off the diet for the last few weeks since I've had guests from out of town and everything...Actually, to be honest, I haven't *REALLY* 100% been on the diet since Christmas. lol...that's so bad. I've been trying on wedding dresses lately though and although I don't look HORRIBLE- I really need to try to lose some weight before the wedding. My goal is still to be 135.
I'm trying this psychokinetic stuff in addition to weight watchers and counting calories, since a friend of mine has lost 60lbs in the past year. I made a little visual poster that has pictures of me when I was skinny, pictures of me now, what I want to be/look like, my goals etc. (I should take a picture of it and post it on here...)I look at it everyday and tell myself that I can do this. Supposedly it works because it allows your brain and body to visualize what you want to look like and you actually TELL yourself out loud that you can do it...and then it happens; it seems less impossible. lol...I dunno, I haven't met with the therapist guy yet, but I know lots of ppl (and someone personally) that love it. So why not give it a try?
I'm actually writing this on Wednesday, I forgot to post this on Monday. So my weight on Monday was 189.9 and my weight today is 187.7- down 2.2lbs in 2 days! That's pretty amazing, I haven't had a loss like that in a long time. Maybe this whole psycho-analyzation IS working. Either way I'm happy...let's just hope this continues! I don't want to be TOO greedy, but I'm going to estimate (and hope) that I'll be 186 or less by next Monday! FROM NOW ON I WILL STICK TO THE DIET NONSTOP!
